Applications are invited for temporary & contractual post of Sr. Project Engineer under SERB (DST) sponsored project entitled Development of Amorphous Metal Oxy-Nitride Semiconductors for TFTs at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, IIT Kanpur.
Essential Qualification: M.Tech. in (Electrical/Electronics, Materials/Metallurgical, Chemical) with minimum 3 years research experience in area of thin film electronic device fabrication and characterization
Desirable Experience: Candidates having sound theoretical background in thin film transistors (TFTs) with hands on experience in fabrication and characterization of TFTs will be preferred.
Salary:Rs. 32400 2700 81000 (based on experience)
Term of Appointment: One year (extendable to 3 years or till the end of project)
Number of positions: One
