SECOND- NCA NOTIFICATION

Online applications are invited after ONE TIME REGISTRATION from qualified candidates belonging to Muslim community in the State of Kerala for selection to the undermentioned post in Kerala Government Service.

The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List of selected candidates belonging to Muslim community, published by the Commission on the basis of this notification will remain in force till candidates are advised / appointed against the vacancies earmarked for Muslim community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 04/04/2017 for the post.

5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates belonging to Muslim Community) Note:

1.Applications of candidates belonging to communities other than those mentioned in this notification will be summarily rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be sent to them.

6. Age Limit : 22-39. Only candidates born between 02/01/1980 and 01/01/1997 (both dates included) are eligible to apply [for other conditions regarding age relaxation see para 2 of the General Conditions except para 2(i)].

7 Qualifications : I or II Class Masters Degree inVeena or its equivalent from any statutory University / University and Deemed Universities recognized by the UGC.

Note:

1) Rule 10(a) ii of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.

2) Candidates who are Ph.D holders require only 50% marks for the Masters' Degree if they have acquired the respective Masters Degree prior to 19^th September, 1991.

3) For the post of Lecturer, when qualifications are equal, preference shall be given to those who have studied Malayalam as one of the languages either at Degree level or Post Graduate Level.

4) Candidates who claim equivalent Qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification ,then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned.

5) In the case of difference in original caste/community claimed in the application and that entered in S.S.L.C book, the candidate shall produce a gazette notification in this regard, along with NCLC/Community certificate at the time of certificate verification.

6) As per G.O.(P) No.61/2012/SWD dt. 17.10.2012 Differently abled candidates with Hearing impairment are not eligible to apply for the Post.

8. (a) Mode of submitting Applications :

Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with official website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging into their profile using their User-ID and Password. Candidates must click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification link to apply for a post. The Photograph uploaded should be one taken on or after 31/12/2010. Name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph should be inscribed at the bottom portion. Photograph once uploaded, meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading.There is no change in other instructions regarding uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates shall take a printout of the application by clicking the link 'Registration Card' in their profile. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile candidates must ensure correctness of the information on their profile. They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The Application will be summarily rejected if non-compliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove Qualification, Experience, Community, Age etc have to be produced as and when called for.

(b) Candidates who have Aadhaar card should add Aadhaar card as their ID in their profile.

9 (a) Last date for receipt of applications :-15/05/2019 Wednesday up to 12 Midnight.

(b) If written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection,candidates shall submit a confirmation on writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. such candidates alone can generate and download the Admission tickets in the last 15 days till the date of test. The applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period will be rejected absolutely. The periods regarding the submission of confirmation and the availability of Admission Tickets will be published in the examination Calender itself. Information in this regard will be given to the candidates in their respective profile and in the mobile phones registered in it.
