ADVERTISEMENT
Applications are invited for a temporary post of PROJECT ENGINEER (PE) (one post) to work in the AUSC Project entitled "Generation of Creep data of wrought alloys of 617M and 304 HCu" sanctioned by Mission Directorate, National Mission Project on Advanced Ultra Super Critical (AUSC) Technology (Phase-I). The position is purely temporary. The duration of the project is 2 years or till the closure of the project by Mission Directorate, whichever is earlier. The initial appointment will be for ONE year and renewable for the rest of the project period subject to the satisfactory performance of the project and / or the candidate. The stipend will be Rs.36,400/-per month (consolidated) as sanctioned by AUSC.
Essential Qualification -M.Tech./ME in Metallurgy/Materials/Mechanical Engineering. Desirable Qualification -Relevant experience in Mechanical Metallurgy/Physical Metallurgy and various characterization techniques are preferred. Preference would be given to the candidates with experience in creep testing and analysis.
