WALK IN INTERVIEW

A walk in interview is scheduled at Pharmacology & Toxicology Division of the Institute on 6th March, 2018 at 10.30 AM for engagement of one Junior Research Fellow in DST funded time bound project titled, Role of sigma-1 receptor in chronic kidney disease. The engagement is purely temporary on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project. There will be no provision of absorption/reemployment in IVRI/DST on termination of the project. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview and no separate letter will be issued.

Duration of the project: Three years w.e.f 15th Nov, 2017

Essential Qualifications: M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Pharmacology/Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology or M.Pharm/allied discipline (NET qualification essential for M.Sc. candidates).

Desirable: Working knowledge in molecular biology techniques such as RT-PCR, Western blot, ELISA etc. Handling and management of laboratory animals like rat and mice. Computer application (Web-searching, MS-Word, Excel, Power point etc.).

Emoluments: Rs. 25000/- per month plus HRA as admissible

Age limit: 35 years (relaxation for women and SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms).
