Development of National Brucella Repository & Molecular Characterization of Brucella species of Diverse Origin

(C) Qualifications:

For JRF:

Essential: M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Public Health/Biotechnology/Bacteriology/Immunology or allied discipline OR M.Sc./M.Tech. in Biotechnology/Microbiology or allied discipline (NET qualification essential for M.Sc. candidates).

Desirable: Working knowledge in bacteriological/molecular biology and biotechnological

techniques, nucleotide sequencing & analysis techniques, computer application (Web-searching, MS-Word, Excel, Power point etc.).

For Project Assistant :

Esential : B.Sc. with good working knowledge in computer application (Web-searching,

MS-Word, Excel, Power point etc.) with 2(two) years working experience.

(D) Emoluments:

For JRF: Rs.25,000/= P.M. + HRA @ 20% for Ist & IInd year and Rs.28,000/- P.M+HRA @

20% for IIIrd year.

For Project Assistant : Rs.10,000/- (consolidated)

(E) Age limit: 35 years for both posts

(F) Duration/Period of the project: up to March, 2018
