NCESS conducts walk-in-interview for the posts of Project Scientist B and Field Assistant on temporary basis, initially for a period of one year.

Date & Time:26.04.2019 9 a.m. Venue: NCESS, Akkulam, Thiruvananthapuram 695 011.

Essential:

First class Post Graduate Degree in Geology /Marine Geology /Geography /Environmental Science from recognized University

Desirable:

Project Scientist

Overall understanding of the CRZ

B

Notifications, provisions and guidelines for preparation of CRZ maps.3 years field mapping /handling of GPS/ GIS work/ report preparation related to CRZ work including mapping of HTL, ESAs and other categories of CRZ. Ph D in a related subject area

Essential:

ITI /Diploma in Civil /Surveying One-year experience in Survey

Desirable: 02

Field Assistant 1 No

Experience in operation of Land survey instruments/GPS and data processing. Knowledge of GIS will be an added advantage.

Interested candidates may appear for the walk-in interview with ID proof, self-attested copies of certificates and mark lists showing educational qualifications, experience, age etc. and original certificates and mark lists for verification.

The decision of the Director, NCESS in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications shall be final and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this connection from any individual.
