RECRUITMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT B AT NATIONAL CENTRE FOR BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES (NCBS)- TIFR, BANGALORE
National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) Tata Institute for Fundamental Research (TIFR) a premier research centre under the aegis of Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, invites online application for the following posts at NCBS, Bangalore.
Qualification & Experience: One (1) Post - unreserved
Essential: i. Graduate with 55% marks
ii. Knowledge of typing and use of personal computers and its applications.
iii. Minimum five (5) years experience as Hospitality Assistant in a large Hotel/ Guest House/Institutes etc.
Desirable: i Degree or Diploma in Hospitality & Catering Technogy or equivalent.
ii. Good Communications and drafting skills in English
Level in Pay Matrix : Level 6.
Age limit: - Below 33 years

The appointment to the above posts shall be made with probation of two (2) years form the date of joining. After closure of probationary period continuing appointment shall be given subject to review of performance.
The selected candidates shall be required to join immediately. The institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for the recruitment process to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualification and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement. Mere fulfilling the essential and desirable qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for consideration for recruitment. The institute reserves the right not to fill above posts herein advertised in case suitable candidates are not found. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate.
The posts are tenable at Bangalore but is liable to be transferred if the need arises to the Institutes headquarters at Mumbai or any other Centre. Those working in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector Undertaking should apply Through Proper Channel. Only those called for Written test/Skill test will be informed of the results and no interim correspondence of any kind will be entertained.
Incomplete applications and applications without photocopies of certificates and applications received after the last date shall not be considered. Outstation candidates called for Written test and Skill test will be paid single Second Class return train fare (including Tatkal charges if any) for the journey by the shortest route from the nearest railway station of their place of residence to the place of interview on the production of photocopies of onward and return journey tickets.
