Applications are invited for a temporary post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in the Department of Science and Technology (DST) sponsored project entitled Development of rare earth added microalloyed steels and alloys for the application of different temperature domains,

sanctioned by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The duration of the project

is 3 years. The fellowship will be paid at the rate of` 25,000/-per month during 1stand 2ndyears and ` 28, 000/-for the 3rdyear. House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be paid if hostel accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications:

First Class in B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgical/Materials/Metallurgical & Materials Engineering with GATE/NET qualification; Or First class in M.E./M.Tech. in Metallurgical/Materials/Metallurgical & Materials Engineering or equivalent branches.

Note: For candidates with B. Tech. and valid GATE score/ M.Tech, there is a possibility to register for Ph.D. in NIT Warangal under the guidance of Principle Investigator (PI).

The interview date will be communicated to the eligible candidates through e-mail or phone. Candidates who are already employed should produce relieving certificate from their employers if selected. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
