Applications are invited on prescribed format for the following assignment in a purely time bound research project undertaken in the Department of Mathematics of the Institute.

Job Description

Full time Research and development related to the Project. Research work will lead to Ph.D. at NIT Rourkela

Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship

Rs. 31,000/- (1st & 2nd year) & Rs. 35,000/- (3rd year)

Essential Qualifications and experience

M.Sc. (Math) with 65% or 7.0 CGPA or equivalent. NET/GATE with valid score is essential. Having adequate knowledge in Computer programming.

9.

Desirable Qualifications/

Experiences

i. Deep knowledge in Partial Differential Equation, Analytical and Numerical Methods and Algebra.
ii. Having some exposure to Mathematical Software.
