ADVERTISEMENT Applications are invited from eligible candidates for position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) post for DSTSYST sponsored research project titled Development and Validation of an Affordable Handheld Device for diagnosing compressive neuropathy by two point discrimination test in diabetic subject (Ref No: SP/YO/393/2018) in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.

Temporary Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Number of post: One Essential qualification: M.E/ M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Embedded

system, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum of 65% marks or 7.5 CGPA from recognized University/ Institute (OR)

B.E/ B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering with GATE qualification

Salary (Consolidate): Rs. 30,000 per month for initial 2 years & Rs. 33,600 per month for last year Duration of Project: 3 Years Age Limit : 32 years Job Description : 1. Purchase of equipment and components for the project

1. Fabrication of sensory device by implementation of force concept
   
   
2. Testing and validate the performance of device with Std device
   
   
3. Relevant hardware and software Experience like Arduino and Raspberry pi, Matlab, LabView, Embedded C
