IIT Gandhinagar Research Park (IITGNRP) is a non-profit Section 8 company promoted by IIT Gandhinagar. The Research Park facilitates collaborations between industry and IIT Gandhinagar. Industries can set up their R&D offices at IIT Gandhinagar Research Park, which

enables them to be part of a vibrant research community and gain access to IIT Gandhinagars

vast intellectual capital, state-of-the-art R&D infrastructure, researchers and students.

IIT Gandhinagar Research Park invites applications for Associate/ Senior Associate to be filled on annual contractual basis from qualified professionals.

Eligibility:

Essential: Bachelor degree in Science and 2 years of relevant experience.

Desirable: Some background/ experience in managing infrastructure and facilities through appropriate online software, basic familiarity with CAD software, CCC Certification. The experience is desirable from an Institute of Repute or Large Industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be working with Research Park operations team. Primary

responsibilities include:

Research Park client management

Coordinating with IITGNRP and IIT Gandhinagar on activities related to management of

research park facility, services and infrastructure

Organizing meetings, workshops, Recordkeeping

Key attributes:

Good communication skills

Sound knowledge of MS-Office (Power point, XL and Word)

Knowledge of Infrastructure, estate related activities

Familiarity with resource planning

Ability to initiate and maintain cordial and professional relationship with internal

and external stakeholders Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience
