National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj is a premier Institute of national and international repute in terms of capacity-building and research in the realm of Rural Development and related aspects. NIRDPR proposes to engage the services of suitable candidates for the position of Junior Engineer (Civil) on short term contract basis. The details with regard to the remuneration, qualifications, experience, age, etc., are as follows:

1. Name of the Position :Junior Engineer (Civil) (01 no.) Duration : One year Remuneration : Rs.45,000/-per month Age : Up to 45 years

Essential Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognized University/ Institution

Experience:

Should have at least 58years of field experience. Should be well versant with computer applications like MS office, Auto CAD and other civil related soft-wares. Should have good experience in preparing estimates, agreements, bills for contractors, taking measurements etc. Should have minimum 5 years of experience in cost-effective / sustainable housing technologies. Should be able to handle the training programmes to the masons and engineers also.

General conditions: This assignment is purely temporary and does not envisage any kind of regular
