Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the project titled Development of nanoporous geopolymeric catalysts for industrially relevant liquidphase reactions.

The position is temporary for one year initially, but can be extended further depending on satisfactory performance and requirements.

The qualification and experience requirements for the above mentioned position are as follows:

Junior research fellow:

Essential Qualification: M.Sc or M.S. (Organic chemistry / general chemistry / applied chemistry) from recognized university with at least 60% marks.

Job requirement/Profile:

This project is based on organic chemistry therefore basic synthesis and knowledge of NMR interpretation is essential. Candidates with research experience in organic chemistry will be preferred.

Salary Range: Rs. 25,000 INR per month (CONSOLIDATED). This salary is as per the rules of Ministry of Science and Technology for which candidate must have cleared UGC-NET or GATE examination.
