consultancy/research project(s) under the Principal investigator (Name: Dr. Arnab Datta), and Co-PI (Dr, Anand Bulusu, Dr. Sudeb Dasgupta and Dr. Sanjeev Manhas), Dept./Centre Electronics & Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

l. Title of project: Negative Capacitance FET (NC-FET): Fabrication, Modeling and Simulation for Systematic

Design of Digital Circuits

  3. Qualifications: M.Tech. in Miuoelectronics/VlSl or equivalent. ,[he emphasis of the project will be given in two

different directions (experiments and modeling/simulation). lt is highly desirable that the potential candidates

EITHER (A) have experimental skills required for device fabrication and characterization suppofied by a strong

background in device Physics, OR, (B) have strong background in device physics with exposure to the T-CAD

and SPICE tools for device and circuit modeling and simulation, gB, have both (A) & (B)

7. Job description : Fabrication and Characterization or, Modeling/Simulation ofNC-FET devices and circuits, or
