Academic & Professional Qualification :

1. M.Sc Degree in Zoology / Entomology / Medical Entomology
2. Should have successfully completed training on Malariology / Malada entomology / Vector Biology and Control / Malaria Control Training / lntegrated Vector [t/anagement conducted by NICD / NVBDCP / MRC I IVC&2, Tamil Nadu for atleast four weeks.

Experience : Five years of experience in monitoring and supervision of entomological surveillance and vector control

Age : Maximum 57 years as on 01 .06.2017

Method of Recruitment : On contract basis

Salary : Rs. 28,000 /-per month

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Monitoring and supervision of vector control activities in the Job Responsibility districts. The person will assist the State Programme Officer of VBD in the Directorate.

6. Application of those officers / candidates for deputation will be considered, if they are routed through channel and should be accompanied with Biodata and Photocopies of prescribed Qualifcation.
7. The applicants for deputation should be from State / Central Govemment departments / Organisations The emoluments paid in the parent department shall be the emouluments for the respective posts in the society. Candidates working under Kerala State Government should attach duly filled Form No. 144 of KSR.
8. Selection will be based on qualification, experience and performance in the interview.
9. The successful candidates on deputation basis will be appointed initially for a period of one year. 8 Those on contract basis will be appointed initially for a period of three months which can be extended based on performance.
