Roles and Responsibilities:

To achieve the sales target set by the bank from time to time by :

1. Identifying & recruiting experienced DSAs / DSTs from the respective markets

2. Training the channel members on a regular basis, follow up and monitoring their performance

3. Conducting regular marketing activities through channels

4. Ensuring the productivity of each channel/team member and achieving the business target with quality

5. Managing yields and pay-out to maximise revenue
