Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To identify and recruit good DSAs from the market especially ones who are empanelled/working with other banks/financial institutions

2. To achieve the targets set for Retail Loans

3. To train the channel members on a regular basis, follow up and monitor their performance to achieve the business target with quality

4. To conduct marketing activities through team members and promote the Banks retail loans especially Loan Against Property

5. To ensure the productivity of each channel/ team member and take corrective actions where ever required

6. Manage yields and pay out to maximise revenue
