Advertisement for Junior Reserch Fellow (JRF) in SERB, DST funded project

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in SERB, DST sponsored project entitled Development of Electronic Nose for detection of biomarker vapor blends using conductive polymer nanocomposite sensors" at Department of Chemical Engineering, BIT Mesra, Ranchi.

Eligibility: M.E./M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering or ME/M.TECH in Materials/Polymer Engineering or ME/M.TECH in ECE/EEE or ME/MTech in Biomedical Instrumentation and other related disciplines. .

Desirable: (1) Experience in polymer composites is preferred

(2) Knowledge about electronic circuits/diodes is preferred.

(3) Candidates with GATE qualification may be given preference

(4) Experience in MATLAB/Principal Component Analysis and relatedsoftwares is preferred.

Fellowship/month: Rs25,000 forthe first year, Rs28,000 for next two years.

Tenure: 3 years (extendable annually till completion of the project, subject to satisfactory performance).
