Walk in interview on April 17, 2018 for JRF Position in DBT GOI Sponsored Project

Job Description: Applications are invited for the post of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in DBT GOI New Delhi sponsored project (BT/PR17835/TDS/121/26/2016 dated 21-02-2018)entitled Identification of the most active cocoonase of sericigenous insects through molecular characterization" at Department of Bio-Engineering, BIT Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Job duration: 3 Years or end of the project whichever is earlier

Salary:a)Rs. 25000/- per month + 20% HRA as applicablefor first two years and Rs. 28000/- per month + 20% HRA as applicable in third year for B. Tech/ M. Sc. with NET qualified candidate or M.Tech in Biotechnology.

b) For others Rs.16000/- per month + 20% HRA as applicable for first two years and Rs. 18000/- per month + 20% HRA as applicable in third year as per Institute Policy.

Job location: Department of Bio-Engineering, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand-835215.

• Eligibility: M.Sc./B. Tech./M. Tech. Biotechnology with 60% or above marks in qualifying degree. NET qualified candidate will be preferred. Candidate should have basic knowledge of molecular biology techniques.
