National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj is a premier Institute of national and international repute in terms of capacity-building and research in the realm of Rural Development and related aspects. Centre for Natural Resource Management, NIRDPR invites applications through online to engage the services of suitable candidates for the following position on short term contract basis. The details with regard to the remuneration, qualifications, experience, age, etc., are as follows:

Name of the Position : Training Coordinator (01 No.) Duration : Till 31^st December, 2019 Remuneration : Rs.1,00,000/-per month Age : Less than 50 years.

Essential Qualifications:

Ph.D in Environmental Science/ Rural Management/ Agriculture Sciences/ Natural Resources Management or other any related field.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Rural development/Natural Resource Management with at least 5 years of experience in Teaching/Training through participatory approaches in capacity building programs for communities.

Exposure to climate change adaptation practice adopted in India would be desirable.

Should have ability to design training and capacity building modules, various knowledge products for training, capacity building & knowledge management and dissemination skills.

Proficiency in English and Hind is essential. Should have excellent documentation and report writing skills both in English & Hindi.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate the training programs and resource person in consultation with project

director Sessions planning and executing Conducting specialized session Aiding the design and handling the training tool kit Report development for the training programs

General conditions: This assignment is purely temporary and does not envisage any kind of regular
