1) Minimum ONE M.Sc. (Nursing) Faculty for each of the following subject speciality is necessary for the basic programme.

(1) Medical Surgical Nursing / Foundation of Nursing

(2) Community Health Nursing

(3) Paediatric Nursing

(5) Psychiatric Nursing

				(iii)	Independent Published work In International/National Journals of Nursing
				(iv)	Relax able for Government employee by 5 years teaching experience
				(v)	Preference to be given for maximum teaching experience after M.Sc. Nursing.
2.	Professor cum Vice - Principal	(i)	Master degree in any Nursing specialty	(i)	Ph. D
				(ii)	8 Years teaching experience in Nursing education after M.Sc. (N) of which at least 5 years shall be as a Lecturer.
		(ii)	Registered Nurse/Midwife in Maharashtra Nursing Council
		(iii)	12 years experience in Nursing after such Registration of which 10 years should be teaching experience with minimum 5 years in collegiate programme.	(iii)	Independent/Published work In International / National Journals of Nursing.
				(iv)	Preference to be given for maximum teaching experience after M.Sc. Nursing.
3.	Professor	(i)	Master degree in any Nursing specialty in Nursing	(i)	Ph. D
				(ii)	8 Years teaching experience in Nursing education after M.Sc. (N) of which at least 5 Years shall be as a Lecturer.

4.	Associate Professor	(i)	Master degree in any Nursing specialty in Nursing	(i)	Ph.D.
				(ii)	5 Years teaching experience in Nursing education after M.Sc. (N) of which at least 3 Years shall be as a Lecturer.
		(ii)	Registered Nurse/Midwife in Maharashtra Nursing Council
		(iii)	08 years experience in Nursing after such Registration of which 5 years should be teaching experience out of which 3 years after M.Sc. Nursing.	(iii)	Independent/ Published work In International / National Journals of Nursing
5.	Assistant Professor / Lecturer	(i)	Master degree in Nursing	(i)	Ph.D.

Note : - Collegiate programme means 10+2+3 years patterns of Nursing Exams i.e. G.N.M/Basic B.Sc. Nsg/ P. B. Basic Nsg. Course.

D) General Notes :

1) Horizontal Reservation for Ladies as per Govt. rules and Persons with Disabilities Reservation as per GR. Dtd. 27/04/2011, 04/08/2011, 28/07/2014 & Medical Education and Drugs Department, Mumbai letter Dtd. 30/06/2015.

2) Candidates applying for reserve category post(s) should submit caste certificate & caste validity certificate and also recent non-creamy layer certificate, wherever applicable.

3) The benefits of reservation shall be admissible to the backward class / category candidates who are domiciled in the state of Maharashtra only.

4) Age Limit & Educational Qualifications shall be considered up-to last date of the application & experience shall be considered up-to earlier day of the interview.

5) The decision taken by MUHS authorities regarding essential qualifications and experience shall be applicable, from time to time.

6) Qualified teachers above the age of 64 years will be considered for appointment of one one year, as per respective Councils norms.

7) Pay Scale is as per rules.

8) Application along-with attested copies of all relevant Certificates must reach to the college on or before: 02/04/2018 ( Exact date is to be specified)
