Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Supporting the office activities of the PR Office.

Preparation of data reports, NFAs & other documents.

Document handling: Movement of documents. Photocopying, scanning, printing and scanning of documents. Maintaining documents & records.

Any other duties assigned by the concerned authority from time-to-time.

Qualification and Personal Profile

Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in an office setting will be preferred.

Other Skill and Ability Requirements

Should have sound knowledge of and extensive hands-on experience with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access.

Should be proficient in letter writing and e-mail drafting.

Should possess good command over English. Should have good communication skills.

Compensation

Rs. 23,650 p.m. (consolidated)

Other benefits such as CPF @ 12% on Pay, Leave will be admissible as per institute norms.
