GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. The interview of eligible candidates will be held on the 6^{th December 2018 at 11:00 A.M}
   
   
2. Interested candidates should report at 10:30 A.M on the 6^th December 2018 at the office of the Director of Health Services (MCH&FW), Upper New Colony, Health Complex, Laitumkhrah, Shillong-793003 Meghalaya for attendance and document verification.
   
   
3. An application with detail bio-data, educational qualification and contact address/numbers should be sent in advance to the Director of Health Services (MCH&FW) through email at hrmegnrhm@gmail.com.
   
   
4. The candidate will have to bring one copy of bio-data, original certificates, self attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and copy of recent passport size photograph. All relevant Certificates Testimonials etc (IN ORIGINAL) to be produced at the time of interview, failing which candidate will not be allowed to attend the interview.
   
   
5. Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the interview.
   
   
6. Those in employment must submit No objection certificate from employer at the time of interview.
   
   
7. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
   
   
8. No TA/DA will be paid to the applicants for attending the interview.
