A valk 1n interview will be held on 24.06. 2016 at 10 AM al ESIC hospital & ODC (EZ). Joka for immediate engagement and for drawing up a panel for future engagement for Sr Residents under 3 years Residency Scheme in ESI-PGIMSR, Mantklal a for the following departments. The panel may remain valid for a period of three months and rnay be cancelled/invalidated earlier without assigning any reason. Candidates who have completed 3 years tenure as Senior Resident in Govt. Institution need not to apply . Senior Resident who are already working in any Govt. Institution shall apply through proper channel. The total period, however, should not exceed the maximum period of Senior Residency of three years.

Essential Educational qualification as on 24.06.2016

Medical PG Degree in concerned spccralty/Department from a recognized Medical Institution

OR

Medical Diploma m concerned specialty/Department from arecognized MedicalInstitution with 2 years experience from a MedicalInstitution in concernedDepartment

(ii). MCI/State MC Registration

Age : Not exceeding 35 years as on 24.06. 2016 (Relaxation for SC/ST /OBC/PWD as per rules)

Emoluments : PB 3 of Rs 15600-39100 with G Pay of Rs 6600/ plus allowances as admissible

NOTE-1: At the time of Interview the candidates should bring along with them Original plus Attested copies of MCI/State MC Registration, Educal1onal qualifications from Matriculation or equivalent onwards, Experience certificate (if any), Proof of Age (Matriculation certificate), Caste certificate and 2 recent passport size photographs

No TAIDA will be adrn1ss1ble for joining purpose

It is a contractual engagement initially for a period of one yearexlendable every year up to a total pertod of three years basing on the performance and candidate selected for engagement will have to execute a contract on a stamp paper of Rs 100/-. The original contract will be with the hospital and its copy will be with candidate Cost of the stamp paper will be borne by the candidate

Senior Resident will be required to deposit secuniy of Rs 32000/ (Rupees Thirty two thousand only) through Demand Draft in
favourof ESI Fund AccountNo 1 at the time of joining, which is refundable after complelion of contract period and on production of
"No dues certificate"

Hostel accomodation/quarters will not be provided
