Item No.01:- 01(One) (UR-01)permanentpost of Director, Group-I(A) (Gazetted) under theAnimal Resources Development Department, Govt. of Tripura under "Tripura Veterinary Cadre Service Rules 1989" in the pay Scale (Revised)-HAG plus Rs.37,400-67,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/-.

Educational And Other Qualifications:

1. Essential: Degree in Veterinary Sciences from a recognized University.

2. Experience:- A minimum of 25 years service under State Government, Central Government, other Organization including atleast 5(five) years at the level of Joint Director/Addl. Director.

Desirable:(i) P.G. Diploma/Master Degree/Ph.D from recognized University. (ii)Higher Study/Training/Assignment abroad for atleast one year.

Item No.02:- 5(five)(UR-02 &ST-03) permanent posts of BlindEducator (Visual Impairment)Institute for the Visually Handicapped, Group-C (non-Gazetted) under the Education (Social Welfare & Social Education) Department, Government of Tripura in the scale of pay of Rs.10,230 - 34,800/-,PB-3 with Grade Pay f Rs. 4,400/-(Revised ROP, 2015).

Essential Qualification:-

1. Graduate from Recognized University.

2. B.Ed. in Special Education (Visual Impairment) or B.Ed. with 2(two) years diploma in Special Education (Visual Impairment) from any recognized Institute affiliated by RCI, Govt. of India.

3. Knowledge of Bengali/Kokborok.

4. Registration Certificate of RCI.

Desirable:-At least 2(two) years of teaching experience in a recognized School/Institutions.

Item No-03:- 01(one) (UR-01) permanent post of Foreman, Group-B, (Non-Gazetted) under Home (Fire Service) Department, Government of Tripura in the scale of pay of Rs.10,230 - 34,800/-, PB-3 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,400/-.

Essential Qualification:-

1. Madhyamik passed or its equivalent.

2. Must have Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

3. H.T.V. or L.T.V. (Heavy Transport Vehicle or Light Transport Vehicle) licence.

Item No.04:- 02 (two) (UR-01 & ST-01) permanent posts of Technical Assistant (Pharmacy),

Group-B (Non-Gazetted) under the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Tripura inthe Scale of pay Rs. 1 ,230-34,800/- PB-3, with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- .

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor in Pharmacy from any recognized Board or University.

Desirable: 2years laboratory experience ina recognized pharmaceutical institution.Experience certificate to be issued by the respective Institution/Department/Faculty etc. as the case may be.

Age for Item No.01: Upto 50 (fifty) years as on 31.12.2016 (may be relaxed by 3 years in maximum in cases of exceptionally qualified candidates). Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of ST/SC/PH and Government servants. Provided that Govt. employees belonging to the ST/SC/PH category shall not get this relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5 (five) years available to them.

Age for Item No.02,03 & 04: Upto 40 years as on 31.12.2016. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of ST/SC/PH and Government servants. Provided that Govt. employees belonging to the ST/SC/PH category shall not get this relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5 (five) years available to them.

The last date of receiving application is 31.12.2016. The application(s) received after the closing date will not be entertained.

The applications along with necessary documents for item no. 01 to 03 (regarding Qualification from Madhyamik onwards / Experience / Permanent Residence Certificate / Citizenship and Age proof Certificates/Registration Certificate {if required for the post}) should be addressed to the Secretary, TPSC, Agartala, West Tripura and submitted in the Tripura Public Service Commission Secretariat during working hours and item no. 04 does not required to enclose any documents now. Candidates qualifying in the written examination will be asked to submit all relevant self attested certificate as noted in the application form to the Reception Counter of the TPSC in due course failing which the candidature will be summarily rejected.

Other Important information:-

1. The number of post to be filled up is subject to increase or decrease following requisition of the Department.

2. Prescribed Form availability:- The 4(four) pages Application Form printed in colour font will be available from all Branches/Extension counters of Tripura Gramin Bank in the State of Tripura on deposit of the prescribed Recruitment Fee through the Special Deposit Slip to the Account No. 14711 in favour of the Secretary, T.P.S.C. in the same Branch/Extension counter as a single window system without any extra charge/Commission from the candidates.

   In addition, the said prescribed Form printed in colour font (A4 size 90 GSM paper) can also be down loaded from the Website http://www.tpsc.gov.in and in that case, the prescribed Recruitment Fee is to be paid to the Account No.31176521319 of the State Bank of India (core banking branches) in favour of the Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission. The Bank deposit Receipt is to be affixed with the filled up application form in the specified Box on the 2nd page of the form.

3. Rate of Recruitment Fees: -

   1. Group-A Posts: - Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.

   2. Group-B Posts:- Rs.150/- (Rupees One Hundred and fifty) only for General Candidates and

      Rs. 100/-(Rupees one hundred) only for ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.

   3. Group-C Posts:- Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs.50/-

      (Rupees fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.

4. SC/ST Candidates of other States (not recognized by the Govt. of Tripura) should apply for unreserved vacancy as general candidate along with recruitment fee prescribed for general candidates.

5. Applicants must be in possession of the prescribed minimum qualification(s) for the post on the closing date for submission of application as mentioned in the advertisement.

6. Application in the prescribed form duly filled in by the candidate and 2(two) copies of recent stamp size photographs of the candidate affixed on the Application and Admit Card along with the copies of self attested certificates, self addressed envelope bearing postage stamp of Rs. 5/- (rupees five) is to be submitted to the Reception Counter of the TPSC Secretariat by 5.00 PM of the closing date (31-12-2016). Applicants may obtain the acknowledgement including Receipt Number from reception counter of the Commission.

   The candidates, who will send application by post, are also required to attach to the application; a self-addressed Post-card indicating the Advertisement No. and name of the post applied for. Application will be acknowledged by the Commission by returning this card to the candidate after indicating the Registration No. allotted to the candidate. No separate acknowledgement other than this card will be sent to them.

7. Decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate at any stage of the selection process shall be final.

8. Assessment and evaluation of the answer scripts done by the Commission shall be final and shall not be open to scrutiny by any external authority.

9. Date, time and venue of Screening Test/ Personality Test will be notified in due course.
