RA & JRF requirement for fixed period of time

Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the position Research associate ( RA) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the DST sponsored research project entitled SMART Foundry 2020 ( SMART = Sustainable Metal casting using Advanced Research and Technology)

Post	Essential qualifications	Desirable qualifications	Stipend
Research Associate	PhD or equivalent degree OR Having 3 years of research, teaching and design & development experience after M.Tech./M.E. degree in Mechanical engineering or Materials Engineering or equivalent streams. with at least one research paper in science citation Indexed ( SCI) journal	1. GATE Qualified 2. Candidates with experimental background and hands on experience in foundry practices and computer simulations software are encouraged to apply.	Rs. 36000/- p.m. + HRA as admissible
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)	M.Tech./M.E. degree in Mechanical engineering or Materials Engineering or equivalent streams.	1. GATE Qualified 2. Candidates with experimental background and hands on experience in foundry practices and computer simulations software are encouraged to apply.	Rs 25,000 p.m. (consolidated) + HRA as admissible

Duration: The assignment will be initially for one year which is extendable up to 3 years (for a fixed period of time) solely based on satisfactory performance.
