Advertisement to fill up Project Position

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the purely contractual project position as per the details given below for the research project under the Principal Investigator Dr. Rahul Singhal, Department of Physics, Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.

1. 1. Title of the Project: Ion irradiation induced growth of Cu nanoparticles in fullerene matrix
   
   
2. 2. Project Code: 1000111427
   
   
3. 3. Sponsor of the project: Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC) New Delhi (autonomous centre of UGC, Govt. of India)
   
   
4. 4. Project position(s) and number: JRF/Project Fellow (one only)
   
   
5. 5. Qualifications: M.Sc/M.Tech in Physics/Nanotechnology/Nano Science/Materials Science or other related disciplines with minimum 60 % marks or CGPA 6.75 (on 10 point scale)
   
   
6. 6. Emoluments: Rs. 16000 /- per month for candidates with NET/GATE and Rs. 14000 /- per month for candidates without NET/GATE
   
   
7. 7. Duration: 1 year (likely to be extended depending on the performance of the candidate)
   
   
8. 8. Job description: Experimental research work, data analysis & reporting. Candidates having experience with ion accelerator-based studies would be given preference.
   
   

Selection of JRF/Project Fellow will be based on an interview. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Date of interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates on a later day by email/phone.

Candidates may also note the following:

1. 1. Candidates shall bring along with them the original degree(s)/certificate(s) and experience certificate(s) at the time of interview for verification.
   
   
2. 2. Please note that NO TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
   
   
3. 3. MNIT Jaipur reserves the right not to select any candidate in case candidates are not found suitable for the applied post.
