CALL FOR JUNIOR/ SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW FOR A NCERT PROJECT Date: 11 December 2018 Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by NCERT, under the supervision of Prof Devika, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, BITS-Pilani, Pilani Campus, Rajasthan

Title of the project: Influence of Teachers Efficacy, Competence and Motivation on their Instructional

Strategy: A Study of Secondary School Teachers of English in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan

Duration of the project: Two years

Project position and number: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) One (1)

Fellowship amount: 25,000 per month (Excluding HRA)

Eligibility requirements: M.A./ M.Phil. in Social Sciences (English, English Language Teaching, Education, Linguistics, Communication or related area)

Candidates who have qualified JRF/NET are encouraged to apply.

Strong command over MS Word/Excel/SPSS is required.

Candidates with prior experience in the social sciences related field work, data collection and data analysis; those who have engaged in report writing/publications in peer reviewed journals; having good command over English, Hindi (speaking and writing) will be preferred.
