CALL FOR JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW FOR A DST PROJECT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by DST SERB, under the supervision of Dr. Debashree Bandyopadhyay, Department of Biological, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus.

Title of the project: "Novel approach to develop computational pipeline to predict functions of cysteines in Proteins of Unknown Function (PUFs) and Domains of Unknown Function (DUFs), based on protein microenvironments

Duration of the project: 3 years

Project position and number: JRF 1

Fellowship amount: INR 25000 + 30% HRA (if applicable)

Eligibility requirements: M.Sc/M.E/M.Tech in Chemistry, any stream of Biology. Preferable with computational skill and experience.

Selected candidate may be permitted to register for Ph.D programme of BITS, Pilani, subject to the fulfillment of the requirements.
