OR Petty Officer from Technical Branch of Indian Navy having one year experience in the Grade; OR Diploma In Mechanical /Electrical Engg. with experience of one year in operation of Dredgers AND (iii) Knowledge of Swimming Desirable : Experience in operation and maintenance of Dredgers.
