CIRCULAR

IWAI invites application from officers of Central/State Governments/Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory or Autonomous bodies for filling up the post of Chief Accounts Officer in the Pay Band of Rs. 15,600/--39,100/-+ Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/-on deputation basis initially for a period of three years extendable for another two years for Head Office in NOIDA.

Eligibility conditions:-

Officers under the Central/State Govt./PSUs/Statutory or Autonomous Bodies

1) (a) Holding analogous post; OR

(b)
With 5 years service in the scale of Rs. 15,600/--39,100/-+ Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-or equivalent.
b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
(i)
Degree from a recognized University with professional qualifications, such as passing of final exam of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants, or the SAS Commercial Examination of the Indian Audit & Accounts Department, or Member of any of the organized Audit & Accounts services like Defence Accounts Service/Railway Accounts Service.
(ii)
10 years experience in a responsible senior position, out of which at least 03 years experience in Commercial accounts in next below level in the Finance or Accounts Department of the Govt. or Semi Govt. organization or Autonomous Bodies.

Desirable :-

A degree or diploma in Business Management

Age Limit:-Not exceeding 56 years

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  1. The Authority is following the Central Govt. Rules & orders in service matters. Leased accommodation and Medical reimbursement are provided as per rules of the Authority.

  2. Mere possession of essential qualifications will not entitle a candidate to be called for test / interview. The decision of the Authority as to the eligibility of a candidate shall be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

  3. Outstation candidates, if called for the interview shall be paid III AC Rail Fare for to and fro journey by the shortest route subject to production of proof of journey.

  4. Canvassing in any form shall be a disqualification.

  5. Application should be sent either in Hindi or English duly signed with photograph and with attested copies of certificates of educational qualifications, experience.

  6. Persons working in Central/State Governments/UTs/PSUs/ Statutory or Autonomous Bodies should submit their application through proper channel alongwith certificate of Vigilance Clearance and ACR/APAR for the last 05 years. If any delay is anticipated, advance copy of the application may be sent so as to reach before the closing date. Incomplete application received or applications received after the due date are liable to be rejected.
