EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIO ON & EXPERIENCE :-

A. Essential-i) Bachelors DDegree in Agriculture/Agri Engineering/Hor rticulture/Veterinary Science followed by a Masters D Degree in the Concerned discipline.

ii) Masters Degree in the releva ant subject including relevant basic sciences having at least 55% marks in traditional system or OGPA to 2.75 in 4 point scale or 7.0 in 100 point scale in the concerned subject with consisten nt good academic record.

iii) Doctoral Degree in relevant s subject including relevant basic sciences.

iv) 15 (fifteen) years experience e in research/teaching/extension education o out of which 3(three) years should be in the rank of Professor in the Agricultural College/U Universities/National Agricultural Research System or iin an equivalent position.

v) Outstanding contribution in tterms of published papers in reputed pprofessional/National /International journals/Books or o other contributions and recognition.

B. Desirable:-i) Experience of g guiding post Graduate students/Ph.D Research h Work.

Age: Up to 50(fifty) yea ars as on 29.01.2019. Upper Age-limit is relaxa able by 5(five) years in case of SC, ST, Differently abl led (PH) candidates and Government Servantts, provided that the Govt. Servants of SC/ST/ Differe ently abled (PH) category shall not get this relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5 5 (five) years available to them.

The last date of receivin ng application is 29.01.2019. The application( (s) received after the closing date will not be entertaineed. Candidate may also apply in the prescrib ed application forms of the Commission.

The applications aalong with necessary documents (regarding g Qualification from Madhyamik onwards, Experien nce, Permanent Residence Certificate/Citiz zenship, Age proof Certificates should be addressed d to the Secretary, TPSC, Agartala, West Tripu ura and submitted in the Tripura Public Service Comm mission Secretariat during working hours.

Other Important information:

The number of post to be filled d up is subject to increase or decrease followin ng requisition of the Department.

(2)

(i) Prescribed Form availab bility (For Offline):-The 4(four) pages Appliication Form printed in colour font will be available fro om all Branches/Extension counters of Tripu ura Gramin Bank in

the State of Tripura on deposit of the prescribed Recruitment Fee through the Special Deposit Slip to the Account No. 14711 in favour of the Secretary, T.P.S.C. in the same Branch/Extension counter as a single window system without any extra charge/Commission from the candidates.

In addition, the said prescribed Form printed in colour font (A4 size 90 GSM paper) can also be down loaded from the Website http://www.tpsc.gov.in and in that case, the prescribed Recruitment Fee is to be paid to the Account No.31176521319 of the State Bank of India (core banking branches) in favour of the Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission. The Bank deposit Receipt is to be affixed with the filled up application form in the specified Box on the 2^nd page of the form.

(ii) Online Application Portal will be available on Commissions website from 27.12.2018 to 29.01.2019 (5.30 PM). Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commissions Website viz www.tpsc.gov.in. Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR User ID through Commissions website.

(3) Rate of Recruitment Fees:

(i)

Group-A Posts: -Rs.200/-(Rupees Two Hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs. 150/(Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.

(4)

SC/ST Candidates of other States (not recognized by the Govt. of Tripura) should apply for unreserved vacancy as general candidate along with recruitment fee prescribed for general candidates.

(5)

Applicants must be in possession of the prescribed minimum qualification(s) for the post on the closing date for submission of application as mentioned in the advertisement.

(6)

Candidates should poses required qualification (along with various registration if required for service) & other experience before last date of submission of application form.

(7)

Decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate at any stage of the selection process shall be final.

(8)

Assessment and evaluation of the answer scripts done by the Commission shall be final and shall not be open to scrutiny by any external authority.

(9)

Date, time and venue of Screening Test/ Personality Test will be notified in due course.

(10)

Selection will be made following ICAR guideline & new recruitment policy of State Government.
