Indian nationals are invited for Walk-In-Interview on 11.02.2019 at about 10 am for one temporary position of Research Associate-I under the project entitled Creating magnetic interface in non-magnetic organic thin films for spintronic applications in the School of Physical Sciences, NISER Bhubaneswar funded by DST-SERB.
Research Associate-I:
QUALIFICATION: PhD in physics or material science or electrical engineering. Candidates, who have submitted their PhD thesis related to the above field, are also eligible for the interview.
Desirable: Experience in fabrication of magnetic thin films by physical vapour deposition techniques and/or preparation of strongly correlated magnetic materials. Characterization techniques such as low-temperature transport and magnetotransport/magnetic force microscopy/ferromagnetic resonance spectroscopy/magneto-optic Kerr effect/ SQUID magnetometery etc.
FELLOWSHIP: -Rs. 36,000/-plus HRA as per rules AGE: 35 years or less as on date of walk-in-interview, age relaxation to entitled categories as per SERB rules.
The above position is purely temporary for a period of one year and strictly co-terminus with the project. It would, therefore, not confer any right/ claim, implicit, or explicit for consideration/ absorption against any NISER post.
Interested candidates should appear for a walk in interview scheduled to be held on 11.02.2019 at about 10 am at School of Physical Sciences, NISER. They should submit their resume duly filled in all respect in the prescribed proforma (given in page 2-3 of this document) along with copies of all certificates at the time of interview with recent passport size photograph pasted on it. Original documents should be produced at the time of interview for verification. All candidates are requested to reach one hour before the scheduled time.
