Assistant Professor and Associate Professor positions in the following Areas:

Economics (Macro and Micro), Social Sciences (Gender and Health)

Law (Business Law, Rights Based Laws)

The appointment for faculty position is a regular appointment with a probation period of two years.

Assistant Professor Entry level Rs. 15600-39100+ AGP of Rs. 8000 (Corresponding Level L 12A, Pay Range Rs.83600-209200)	i. Ph. D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record. ii. Practitioners should have a professional post-graduation qualification including MBA/PGDM/PGDRM in first class; CA, ICWA, etc. Relevant post qualification experience of minimum 5 years is required. iii. Must have demonstrated potential for scholarship with scholarly writings. Candidates with at least one publication in A category or better [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.0.5] is desirable.	The ideal candidate should have: 1. B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science 2. M.Tech. / M.E. / MBA / PGDM / with specialization in Software Engineering 3. Ph.D. in Information Systems areas with emphasis on Software Engineering 4. Work experience in managing / leading software development projects and Data Centre would be an added advantage.
Assistant Professor Rs.37,400 67,000 + AGP of Rs.9000 (Corresponding Level L 13B, Pay Range Rs.134600-216000)	i. Ph. D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record, and a minimum of 3 years of post-Ph.D. work experience. ii. Practitioners should have a professional post-graduation qualification including MBA/PGDM/PGDRM in first class; CA, ICWA, etc. Relevant post qualification experience of minimum 8 years is required. iii. The candidate must have published at least one research paper as first/ second author in C category or better journal [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.16] in the last three years Candidates with at least one publication in A category or better [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.0.5] is desirable.
Associate Professor Rs. 37,400 67,000 + AGP of Rs.9500 (Corresponding Level L 13C, Pay Range Rs.137000-213500)	i. Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record and with 5 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research. ii. Practitioners should have a professional post-graduation qualification including MBA/PGDM/PGDRM in first class; CA, ICWA, etc. Relevant post qualification experience of minimum 10 years is required including 3 years of teaching experience at Post-Graduate level. iii. The candidate must have published at least one research paper as first / second author in B category or better journal [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.25] in the last five years Candidates with at least one publication in A* category journal [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.100] or at least three publications in A category journal [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.0.5] is desirable. Applications having a record of raising grants would be a plus.

iii. The candidate must have published at least one research paper as first/ second author in C category or better journal [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.16] in the last three years

Candidates with at least one publication in A category or better [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.0.5] is desirable.

Associate Professor

i. Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record and with 5 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research.

ii. Practitioners should have a professional post-graduation qualification including MBA/PGDM/PGDRM in first class; CA, ICWA, etc. Relevant post qualification experience of minimum 10 years is required including 3 years of teaching experience at Post-Graduate level.

iii. The candidate must have published at least one research paper as first / second author in B category or better journal [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.25] in the last five years

Candidates with at least one publication in A* category journal [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.100] or at least three publications in A category journal [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.0.5] is desirable. Applications having a record of raising grants would be a plus.

Every faculty member is expected to have a portfolio of engagements including teaching, training, research and consulting. There is a provision of sharing from the consulting income of the Institute. IRMA offers attractive salary and other benefits.
