F.No. A-11019/18/2013-NMRF Government of India Ministry of Earth Sciences National Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasting A-50, Sector- 62, Noida 201309 ( U.P) CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT The National Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasting (NCMRWF) a subordinate office under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India is looking for retired officials from Government Services (05 posts of consultants) of the rank of UDC, Assistant, and Senior Accountant (7CPC level 5 to 7) on a consolidated remuneration of `30,000/- pm who have sufficient knowledge in Establishment and Accounts work. The post of consultants on contractual basis are initially for 01 year which may be extended for further period or curtailed as per requirement in the Department. Terms and Conditions:-

Experience:- Employees of central and state governments/PSUs/ Autonomous bodies having considerable experience of functioning of Central Government Ministries/Departments. The consultant of the rank of UDC, Assistant and Senior Accountant (7CPC level 5 to 7) should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong flair for in depth handling work relating to Establishment /Accounts.

Age-Limit:- The maximum age limit for consultants will be 65 years. However engagement beyond 65 years could be with the approval of Secretary keeping in view of his/ her good health appropriate for the work and level of expertise.

Remuneration and Allowances:- Monthly remuneration payable to a consultant shall be fixed to `30,000/- per month. Consultant shall not be entitled to any kind of allowance or accommodation facility.

Leave:- Consultant shall be eligible for 08 days leave in a calendar year. No remuneration for the period of absence in excess of the admissible leave will be paid to Consultants. Un-availed leave shall neither be carried forward to next year nor encashed.

Tax Deduction at Source (TDS):- TDS as admissible shall be deducted from the monthly remuneration of consultants. A TDS certificate shall be issued by the concerned DDO on demand.

The retired government employee engaged as Consultant shall continue to draw pension and Dearness Relief thereon during the period of his engagement as Consultant.

The engagement as Consultant shall not be considered as a case of re-employed.
