Educational Qualification: Graduation

Experience: Minimum 4 years sales experience of which 2 years should be in team leadership role, preferably in financial service industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Driving the growth of CASA for achieving the Budgets allocated by the Regional Sales Head

2. In the process, budgeting and monitoring the budgets allocated to the Sales Executives working under him so as to ensure attainment of the CASA budgets allotted

3. Driving Corporate Salary Product

Assist in building up the sales team of Sales Executives under him. Grooming, mentoring, motivating and managing the Sales team under him
