Terms of Reference Project Associate (UIP) / One Position National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is seeking resumes from qualified candidates for the above mentioned post purely on contractual basis. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the Deputy Commissioner In-charge programme division in monitoring vaccine and logistics supplies related to Routine immunization program including AD syringes and cold chain logistics.

Plan, coordinate and track supply of vaccines and logistics to States and National Stores.

Assist programme division with vaccine projections for Immunization programme.

Provide administrative, financial, supply chain and logistics management related to supplementary immunization and routine immunization activities.

Assist in implementation of Global Polio Endgame Strategy and tracking its progress with various stakeholders.

Analyze basic immunization data and information and prepare desired reports related to AFP surveillance, OPV and IPV performance as per the requirements.

Coordination with partner agencies and other stakeholders for meeting/event/conference.

Provide support in preparation of meetings in terms of technical presentations, data for parliament sessions, reports and notes/briefs for senior officials.

Coordinate travel and general logistics arrangements for the respective officer.

Visit to the States in relation to programme management.

Develop user friendly tools for collation, compilation and analysis of information on vaccines.

Assist in documenting the minutes of the meetings related to the TOR and regular follow-up on action points agreed upon during meetings.

Undertake any other tasks/activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Delivery of all the above tasks in a time bound manner

Eligibility: Post Graduate degree / diploma in Operations/ Supply Chain

Minimum 5-8 years of experience at National level especially for planning and coordination in vaccine and related logistics supply chain.

At least 4 years of extensive experience in Polio programme at National level. Ability to prepare meeting and other strategic documents.

Experience of working style of government environment would be an added advantage.

Knowledge of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Hindi is required.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in National Health Mission/RCH at National or State level.

Formal educational qualification, experience and age could be relaxed when there is a published work of high quality or whenever there is work experience of specific relevance

Age: Upper limit 45 years as on 1/4/2016 Remuneration Range: Between Rs. 55,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month
