Applications are invited from the interested candidates for one position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to be filled up on purely temporary basis to work at the Department of Biochemistry at Lady Hardinge Medical College and Deptt of Cardiology at G B Pant Hospital in DHR Sponsored Project entitled Study of Proteomic and genetic biomarkers of

Desirable Requirement: Experience in Molecular Biology Techniques (DNA extraction, PCR,Gel Electrophoresis etc.), phlebotomy certification, experience in chemiluminescence and ELISA. NET qualified candidates will be preferred. Duration: One Year (extendable upto 3 Years (or till end of project) based on performance) Consolidated salary 25,000/-pm for first two years and 28,000/-pm for third year. The remuneration offered is consolidated and fixed, without any allowances. The appointment can be terminated with one month notice from either side without assigning any reason. Since the post is purely temporary, the incumbents selected will have no claim for regular appointments under ICMR or continuation of his/her services in any other project, Benefit of provident fund, HRA, CCA, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Claim etc. is not applicable. Age relaxation for SC, ST & OBC candidates applicable as per Govt. Rules. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification. Walk in Interview will be conducted on 14 th Dec 2016 at Deptt of Pediatrics, Examination Hall, Kalawati Saran Childrens Hospital. Bangla Sahib Marg, N Delhi 110001 (nearest Metro station-Rama Krishna Ashram Marg). The registration for the interviews shall be held between 9.30-11.00 am and the desirous applicants should report before 11 am to be considered for interview on the same date. Candidates reaching after the registration time shall not be entertained.
