Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in SERB sponsored project entitled Computational identification and validation of genome wide protein-protein interaction network in rice and rice blast" at Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, BIT Mesra, Ranchi.

Eligibility: M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and related disciplines OR B.E./B.Tech.inElectronics and Communication Engineering withGATE qualification.
Desirable: (1) Experience in MATLAB/ Python with web tool design is desirable.
(2) Basic Knowledge on Biology and Mathematics is desirable.
(3) Candidates with valid GATE score or NET qualification and/or have working experience on bioinformatics will get preference.
(4) Experience in Data mining and Machine learning is desirable.
Fellowship/month: Rs25,000 forfirst 2years, thenRs28,000 for one year.
Tenure: 3 years (extendable annually till completion of the project, subjected to satisfactory performance).
