Applications on plain paper are invited from eligible candidates for one position of Research Assistant on contractual basis on a consolidated fellowship/stipend of Rs.35000/-per month initially for a period of 1 year, extendable up to one year for the Project ICON Journal under the Department of History of Art.
Essential Qualifications:
i. Candidates should have Masters in History of Art with 55 % marks.
ii. Good Working knowledge of computer.
Desirable:
i. Experience in Photoshop and Corel Draw.
ii. Good Knowledge of English and Hindi.
Age limit:
Not to exceed 40 years on the last date of issue of this advertisement. Relaxation in age for deserving candidates, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the competent authority of NMI.
Note:
It is amply clarified that above engagement will be purely casual/contractual initially for a period of 1 Year extendable to one year or completion of the ICON Journal project whichever is earlier and subject to performance of the selected candidate. Under no circumstances the above Research Assistant will be considered as Institutes employee or may claim for regularization in future as the contractual arrangement is meant for the ICON Journal only.
