Advertisement for Visiting Faculty

Ambedkar University, Delhi invites applications from eligible candidates for three visiting faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor during Winter semester 2019 (Jan to June 2019) for Psychology Programme in the School of Human Studies and School of Undergraduate Studies (Kashmere Gate & Karampura Campus).

Essential Qualification:

Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale (wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree from a University in India (recognized by the UGC) or from a university abroad shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.

Desirable :

Candidates with Ph.D. degrees or pursing Ph.D in Psychology are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be able to teach any of the Psychology courses at the Undergraduate level.

Candidate will be expected to teach evaluate, provide feedback to student assessments, and contribute to any other academic and administrative requirements of the Psychology programme at Ambedkar University Delhi

Remuneration:

Rs. 65,000/- p.m. (without PhD) or Rs. 75,000/- p.m. (with PhD)
