Advertisement for the post of JRF

Applications are invited for one post of junior research fellow (JRF) to work in DST-SERB sponsored research project (Code No. P-07/640) entitled Characterization of Bioactive compounds from Endophytic microbes associated with medicinal plants used by tribal community of Achanakmar wild life sanctuary, Bilaspur, C.G. sanctioned for a period of three years. The stipend payable will be Rs. 25,000/-+ HRA per month for two years and Rs. 28,000/

+ HRA for third year as per DST-SERB rules. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Essential Qualifications: The candidates must have MSc Botany/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Life Science or a related field (with 55% and above) and have qualified NET/GATE or equivalent. The upper age limit is 28 years (relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH and Female candidates). SC/ST and female candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
