, , 25 / The Institute for Plasma Research (IPR) is a premier scientific institute under the Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India devoted to research and development activities in the areas of basic Plasma Physics, Magnetic Confinement fusion and Industrial applications of plasmas. IPR is located in Bhat Village and also has extensions of its Laboratories at GIDC, Sector 25, Gandhinagar and has a Center at Guwahati.

			measurement system/ 3 Phase AC system/ DC Power supplies is desirable.

Project Scientific Assistant	/ One	/ / / 2 / First class Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering from a UGC recognised university / AICTE approved institute or board with up to 2 years experience in operation of DAQ System / Instrumentation and Signal Conditioning for sensors is desirable.

/ Design and analysis of superconducting coils.

/ Fabrication and testing of superconducting coils.

, / Integration, testing and operation of high current DC power supplies and interface with associated system for superconducting coils.

2. / AGE LIMIT: 30 / / / / - / 30 Years. Age relaxation is admissible to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per Government of India orders issued on the subject.

3. / PERIOD: / , / The above posts are purely temporary for a period of one year. A performance evaluation / assessment will be done at the end of one year of joining. Depending upon the satisfactory performance of the candidate, tenure may be extended for another one year or co-terminus with the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
