25 () The Institute for Plasma Research (IPR) is a premier scientific institute under the Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India. IPR is located in Bhatt Village and also has extensions of its Laboratories at GIDC, Sector 25, Gandhinagar. IPR desires to appoint a Visiting Authorized Medical Officer (VAMO) (Allopathic only) on contractual basis on a consolidated honorarium on an hourly basis as per the following terms:

								FCIPT																				Minimum 4 (fours) hours daily
	at IPR from Monday to Friday including two hours at FCIPT,
	Sector 25, GIDC, Gandhinagar, once a week
	(2)																									2 () Minimum 2 (two)
	hours on Saturdays at IPR.

Consolidated Honorarium	(Rupees Four Hundred Fifty only) Per hour.

	5%																																The							tenure					of			initial
	appointment shall be for 2 (two) years and can be extended for a
	further period with total tenure not exceeding 5 (five) years. The
	consolidate honorarium shall be increased by 5% every year
	during the tenure.
/Other payables	:																								8000/-
	A fixed conveyance allowance of																																					8000/-per month
	in		addition							to			consolidated														honorarium.												The				conveyance
	allowance shall remain unchanged during the entire tenure or
	extended period.

The post carries 12 (twelve) days of paid leave in a calendar year. The leave will be allowed for maximum of 3 (three) days at a time. The leave payment will be equivalent to 4 hours. Officially closed holidays the Institute does not apply in case of this contractual appointment.

: MBBS MBBS from recognized University with valid registration with Medical Council.

: . Course regarding Health Services or Health Management etc. shall be and added advantage.

: 55 / Not above 55 years as on date of advertisement.

: 5 / / Minimum 5 years of experience as general practitioner. Candidates have experience of working with organizations following CGHS/CHSS/Central Medical Attendance Rule of Central Government would be given priority.

: (i) Medical consultation to the employees of the Institute.

, Scrutiny and clearance of bills received from various employees, doctors, hospital etc., as per the Institutes Schedule of Rates and rules & regulations

(iii) ... , : The VAMO being a member of advisory committee, shall assist the Administration of the Institute medical related matters as necessary.

/Selection : / , The shortlisted doctors shall be called for a personal interview. Outstation candidates shall be paid sleeper class rail fare/fare by public transport by the direct shortest distance subject to production of ticket.
