    1. GENERAL

    2. MODEOFSELECTION

      Theselectionshall be made throughExamination/Interview and PhysicalEnduranceTest/SkillTest,as applicable to each post. Details in this regard for each postwi llbe published in the Board's Website in due course.Candidatesare advised to keep a watchofthesame.

      NOTE :

      1. There is no provisionofre-evaluation/re-checkingofAnswer Sheets/Answer Scripts in theexaminationsconducted by the Board.

      2. The Board reserves the right tocancel/withdrawany question/questions from theTest.

      3. The Board has full discretion to fix m inimum qual ifying/cutoffmarks for selection in d ifferentcategoriesi.e.UR/SC/ST/OBC/PH/EXSMin order to achieve qualitative selection andtorecruit the best talentavailable.

      4. Ifthere are two or morecandidatesin thesamecategory having equal marks i n the exam i nation, thecandidateolder in agewillget preference.

      (vi)The Board mayshortl istthecandidatesfor writtenexamination onthe basisofmarks in qualifyingexam(i.e. m inimumeducationalqualification exam) in case there are a large numberof candidates.

      1. The Boardshalldrawareserve panel/waiting listinaddition tothe num berof cand idates selected asper thenotified vacancies. The reservepanel/waitinglistshall be valid for aperiodof one year from the date ofdeclarationofresultand the vacancies arising due to: non-acceptance oftheoffer of appointment,candidatesnotjoining the post afteracceptanceof appointment,thecandidatesnotbei ng found eligible for appointment ordue to resignationof selected candidates within one year ofjoining thepost,shall be filledupfromthisreserve panel/waiting list.

      2. Candidatesmayapply for more than one post code but theBoard may holdthe exam ination fortwoor moredifferentposts codes on the sameday and thecand idatesmayopt to take the exam ination of anyonepostcode only.

    3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

      1. Thecandidate must be a citizen of India.

      2. The educational qualification,age, experience etc.asstipulatedinadvertisement shallbedetermined as on the lastdateofreceiptof online applications withtheexception mentioned at Sr. No. 4under"IMPORTANT NOTE"

    4. RESERVATION BENEFITS:

  1. Reservation benefitswillbeavailabletothe SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped&other special category candidates in accordance with theinstructions/orders/circularsissued fromtime to time bythe Govt.

  2. Candidates who wishtobe considered against reserved vacancies and/or to seek age relaxation,must be in possession of relevant certificate issued to thembythe competent/notified authority(inprescribed format) on or before the cut off date;otherwise their claim for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Hand icapped/Ex-servicemen&other special categorywillnot beentertained andtheir applicationswi ll be considered against Unreserved(UR) category vacancies, if eligible otherwise.

  3. TheOBCcandidatesmustbe inpossessionof non- Creamylayercertificate, along with his/hercaste certificateissued,on or beforethecut offdate.

  4. A Cand idate belonging to SC/ST/OBCwhoisselected onthesame standard as applied to general category candidates and who appearsinthe general meritlist is treatedas own merit cand idates.Suchcandidate is adjusted againstunreservedpoint of thereservationroster. Only such SC/ST/OBCcandidates who are selected on the same standardasapplied to general candidates shallnotbe adjusted against reserved vacancies.Inother words, when arelaxedstandardis applied inselecting a SC/ST/OBCcandidates, theyaretobecounted against reserved vacancies. Such candidates wouldbedeemed tobe unavailablefor consideration againstunreservedvacancies.

  5. An Ex-serviceman who hasalreadysecured employmentunder theCentral Government/Del hi Govt. or its autonomous/local bodies, he/she can avail of the benefit of reservation as ex-serviceman for any subsequent employment.However,to avail of this

benefits,an ex-serviceman as soon ashe/she joi ns anycivil employment shouldgive selfdeclaration/undertakingtotheconcerned employerabout the date-wise detailsofapplicationfor variousvacanciesfor whichhe/she had appliedforbefore join ing the in itialcivil employment. Further, thisbenefitwouldbe availableonlyin respectofvacancies wherever reservation isapplicable to theex-servicemen.

III. ADMISSION/REJECTION:

The information in respectofprovisionally admitted and rejectedcandidates asper information providedin the onlineapplications will be uploadedonthewebsite ofthe Board beforethe conduct ofExamination forvariouspost(s).

  1. DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATIONS:

    After declaration ofresult,the successful candidates will be called for verification ofdocuments. Thefollowing originalDocuments/certificates andone set of self attested copies along withhardcopy ofprintoutofonlineapplication are to be producedatthat time:-

    1. Matriculation/10thStandard orequivalentcertificateindicating dateof bi11h/birthcertificateissued by the CompetentAuthorityi nsupport of claim of age.

ll.Degree/Diploma/Othereducationalqualificationcertificatealongwithmar ksheetspertainingtoall theacadem ic yearsas proofof educationalqualificationclaimed.Inthe absenceofDegree/Diplomacertificate,provisiona lcertificate alongwith marksheetspertaining to all theacadem ic years wi llbe accepted.

  1. Certiticate(s)intheprescribed proforma from theHeads(s) ofOrganization (s)/Departmentfor theentire experienceclaimed, clearlymentioni ngthedurationofemployment(date,month&year)indicating the basic payandconsolidated pay.The certificate(s) shouldalso mention thenatureof duties performed/experienceobtainedin the post(s)withduration (s).ExperienceCertificateshouldbe issued in prescribedformatrelevant to the post.Experience certificatenot in prescribed proforma but containing all the details as mentioned abovewouldbe consideredonmerits bytheBoard.

  2. Caste certificatebycandidates seekingreservation as SC/ST,in the prescri bed proforma fromthe competentauthorityindicating, clearly the cand idate's caste,the Act/Order underwhich thecaste is recognizedas SC/ST andthe village/town the candidate isord inarilyaresidentof.OBC benefitshallbegiven only tothecand idateshavingcertificates issuedby com petentauthority.

  3. PhysicallyHandicapped certificatein prescribed proforma issued by theCompetentAuthority by the Physical ly Handicapped persons eligible forappointmentto the post on the basisofprescribedstandards ofMed ical Fitness. TheCompetentAuthority to issue Physically Handicapped certificateshallbe a Medical Board dulyconstitutedby the Centralor a StateGovernment. TheCentral/StateGovernment may constitute Medical Board(s) consisting ofat least three membersoutof which at leastone shall be a specialistin the particular field for assessing Locomotor/CerebralNisual/Heari ng disability, as the case may be.

  4. Certificate/Document in respectofage relaxationclaimed.

  5. Personsalreadyin Regular Government service,whetherin permanentortemporarycapacity otherthan casual/ adhoc/daily wages/hourly paid/contract basis are however required tosubmita declaration that theyhaveinformed i n writing to theirHead ofOffice/Departmentthatthey have appliedfortheselection.

  6. Documentary support for any other claim(s) made.

  7. Therelevantcertificate (SC/ST/OBC/NonCreamy Layer/PH/Educational

/Experience etc.) should be issued on or before the cut off date.

  1. GENERL INSTRUCTIONSFORCANDIDATES

    1. TheBoardmakes provisional selection ofthecand idates on thebasisof information providedinthe application and documents/certificates provided by the candidate atthetimescrutiny and the Appointing A uthority verifies and satisfies itself about the authenticity of documents/certificates and eligibility as per the RecruitmentRulesbefore finally appointing the candidates. Therefore, the provisional selection of a candidates confers onhim/herno right of appointmentunlessthe Appointing Authorityissatisfied after suchinquiryas may be considerednecessarythat the candidate is suitable in all respects for appointment to the post.

      1. The selected candidates on appointment will be governed bytheprovisions of Cantt Fund ServantRules 1937as amended from time totimeand Govt. instructionsissuedfrom time to time.

      2. Thecandidate should not have been convicted by any court oflaw.Also Nodisciplinary/vigilance case shouldbecontemplated/pending against the cand idates already servinginGovt. organisations.

      3. The vacancies advertised are provisional andl iable tovary.I ncase the vacancy positionis reducedto anynum ber,theBoardis not liable to compensate the applicant for any consequential damage/loss.

      4. The Board reserves theright to rejectthe cand idature of any ineligible cand idate at any stage of recruitment.

      5. TheBoardreserves the right to cancel a part of or entire process of examination or a part ofitd ue to admin istrative reasons(s) and in case of unfai r means,cheating or other irregularities/malpracticenoticedby theBoard.The Board also reserves the right to cancel or setupa new examination centre and divert the candidates to appear at that examination centre if req uired.

      6. No correspondence in regard to the appointment will be entertained.

      7. No representation on any grounds for non-appearance for the test/i nterviewetc. by the candidates will be entertained and his/her candidature willnotbe considered in such an eventuality.

      8. TAIDAwill not be admissible for attending tests/interview as the case may be.

      9. TheBoard reserves the right to cancel any centre of exam and askthecandidates of that centre to appear at another centre. TheBoardalso reserves the right to direct cand idates of any centre to some other centretotake the exam. Norequestfor change in date, time and centreofexam will be accepted under any circumstances.

      10. The candidature of the candidate to the writtenExaminationis entirely provisiona l andsubjectto theoutcomeof any direct/ decision/order/pronouncement of court of Law andmereissue of Admit Card or appearance at Exam ination does not entitle him/her to any claim for the post.

      11. The Board reserves the right to cancel or modify the advertisementorpartofit at anystage.The number of vacancies is provisional and subject to change (increaseordecrease).

      12. Use of Calculator, Laptop, Palmtop, otherDigital/electronicInstrument/Mobile/Cell phone, Paper etc. is/are not allowed.Incase of any candidate caught found to be in possession of any gadgets/instrument,he/shewould be debarred from the examination and legal proceed ings can also be initiated against the candidates.

      13. Cand idates are advised not to bring any of the above gadgetsinthe examinationcentreas no arrangements for keeping anysecurityofthese items would be available at the centres.

      14. In case of any discrepancies among the English and Hind i version of advertisement/Information,the English version will be treated as final.

      15. Candidates are advised to visit website regularly for updates.

  2. Special InstructionstoPhysically HandicappedCandidates

    PhysicallyHandicapped(PH) candidates in upper extrem itiesincludingorthopaedicdisabilities which affect the motor and coordinationskills,dyslexic and cerebral palsy persons (hereinafter referredtoasPHcand idates) who are unable to write themselves (with Physical disabilities not less than 40%) can avail the assistanceofascribe forwriting replies on their behalf.

  3. SpecialInstructions toVisuallyHandicappedCandidatesi.e. Blind(VH) &

    Partially Blind Candidates(VI):-

    1. Ifany blind (VH) or Partially blind (VI) cand idate receives the adm it cardindicatingany category other than V H or VI,as the case may be, the cand idateshouldapproach the Board forcorrectionofcategoryin the adm it card.

    2. Visually hand icapped (VH)candidates (includingBlind and partially blind persons)with visuald isabilities notlessthanfortypercent can avail the assistanceof a SCRIBEforwritinganswer on their behalf.

  4. Common Instructions to Physically Handicapped&Visually Handicapped Candidatesi.e. Blind(VH)&PartiallyBlindCandidates(VI).

    1. Forallowing thescribe,thecandidates wil l submitd isability certificate (wherein type ofdisability anditspercentage is mentioned)from competentmedicalboardandshouldhaveoptedforthe samein the requisi tecolum n ofthe application from.

    2. Ifany VH/PH/Vlcandidatereceives the admitcardind icating anycategory otherthan VH/PH/VT, as the case may be, thecandidate shouldapproach the BOARD for correctionofcategoryinthe admit card on anyoftheworki ngdaysfrom10:00 a.m. to5.00p.m. for issueofduplicate admitcards.

    3. VH/PH/VIcandidateswill have to bringtheirownscribe (writer)but theeducationalqualificationofthe scribeshouldbeonelevel below theeducationalqualification for the post applied for.The maximum educational qualification certificate produced by thescribe should NOThave been issued prior toone year ofthe date ofexamination.

    4. A prescribed Proforma"Declaration of theScribe (writer)" &"Declaration by theVH/PH/candidate"inthis regard is beingsentto the Visually &Physically Handicappedcand idates along withhisAdmitCard. Incase ofnon receiptof theabove Proforma,thecandidatesmaycollectthe same from the Officeof theBoard on anyof theworking days from l 0:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. andcanalso download it from theofficialwebsiteof theboardatwww.cbdelhi.in

    5. Thedeclarationofthescribeand the declarationofthe VH/PHCandidate,duly attested by a Gazetted officer,shallbe verified/countersigned byadesignatedofficer ofthe board atthe office of theBoardonthe dates & time mentionedabovefor issueofduplicateadmitcards andatthe ExaminationCentre onthe dayof Exam.

    6. TheVH/PH cand idateis required to bring hisown originalDisabilityCertificate issued bycompetentMedical Boardalongwith above mentioned declarations and thefollowingdocumentsoftheScribeat theoffice ofthe Boardonthe dates & time mentioned above for issueofduplicate admit cards i.e.(i) Attested copyofthe Identification Proof,(ii) Attested copies ofEducational Qualification and(iii)Two recently taken Passportsize colourphotograph duly attested byaGazetted Officer.

    7. The declarationofthescribeand the declarationofthe VH/PH attested by a Gazettedofficer shallbeverified/countersigned by a designatedofficerof the boardatthe examination centreitself.Thesecandidates shouldcome to the examinationcentreat least one hour before the normal reporting

      ti me forthepurpose of verification of all such document. The candidates are not req u i red to come totheoffice oftheBoard for verification purpose.

    8. 20 minutes perhourextra shall be given in addition to thenormal timeto alltheVH/PH candidates,only withperm issionto use the facility of scribe duly verified by Board.

  5. Ifany candidate uses offensive/abusive/foul language/obscene picture he/she will be l iable fornecessarypenal action underrelevantprovision of the IT Act.
