in SERB, Govt. of India, New Delhi sponsored R&D Project under Schemes for Empowerment and Equity Opportunities for Excellence

at Department of Environmental Sciences, Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the following research project funded by SERB, uder Schemes for Empowerment and Equity Opportunities for Excellence , under the supervision of Dr. Kuldeep Bauddh (PI); Department of Enviromental Sciences, School of Natural Resource Management, Central University of Jharkhand, Brambe, Ranchi-835205, Jharkhand.

Designation: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Position: One (01)

Funding Agency: SERB, New Delhi under Schemes for Empowerment and Equity Opportunities for Excellence

Project title: "Phytomanagement of the mining dump soil of West

Singbhum, Jharkhand by using bioenergy plants"

Essential qualifications: M. Sc. in Environmental Sciences/allied subjects with minimum of 55% aggregate marks from recognized university with NET qualified in relevant subject.

Desirable: Experience in Plant Sciences and Soil Sciences

Fellowship: Rs. 25,000/- p.m. for first two years and Rs. 28,000/- p.m. for the third year.

Duration: 03 Years

Initial appointment for one year and extendable up to maximum of three years based on performance and other conditions

General Terms and Conditions:

The position is temporary and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of three years. Original documents of age proof/certificates/degrees/mark sheets and other testimonials must be presented at the time of interview. Self attested photocopies of documents with CV and latest photo have to submit at the time of interview. No application will be considered after due date and without proper format. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
