ECIL, a Public Sector Enterprise under Department of Atomic Energy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Ex-Serviceman for the following position on contract basis for a period of THREE years (extendable by TWO more years depending upon organizational requirements) having Liaison cum Purchase experience to work at our North Zonal Office (Delhi).

Qualification and Experience :

1) Education: Should have a Graduation degree or its equivalent in any discipline. Diploma in Financial Management will be given preference.

2) Should have retired as JCO or its equivalent post from Army, Navy or Airforce.

3) Should have sound knowledge of Defence Purchase Procedure/ Defence Purchase Manual.

4) Clerk/ PA background will be an added advantage.

5) Should be SHAPE 1 (Medical Category) during release from force.

Key Responsibility Areas:

a) Perform duties of Zonal Purchase Officer.

b) Liaison with Ministry of Defence and Service Head Quarters of Armed Forces for business development purpose.

c) Supervise the security arrangement of the Office Complex and the Two Guest Houses at Delhi.

d) Assist GM (North)s Secretariat in day to day functioning.

e) Coordinate the visits of Senior Officials and act as Protocol Officer, if required.

Method of Selection:

Through Personal Interview. Details with regard to date, time and venue for Personal Interview will be communicated later.

It may please be noted that no Travelling Allowance (TA) is admissible to outstation candidates appearing for Personal Interview.

RELAXATIONS:

Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989. Reservations & Age relaxations for SC/ST/OBC will be as per the Govt. directives from time to time. However the maximum age limit is 52 Years.

The photocopies (clear & complete) of the following documents should be MANDATORILY enclosed along with the application form:

a. All documents pertaining to education and experience.

b. Discharge book issued by the Indian Armed Forces clearly indicating the medical category of SHAPE 1 & date of discharge.

c. Registration certificate in District Sainik Welfare Board.
