JRF / PA position in the Department of Physics,
(For a project funded by the SCIENCE & ENGINEERING RESEARCH BOARD (SERB),
Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India)
Applications are invited for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project assistant (PA) position in the DST funded experimental project, Spin Seebeck Effect in novel heterostructures for one year (which can be further extended).
Essential Qualifications for JRF: Post graduate degree (M. Sc. or equivalent) in Basic Sciences (preferably Physics) and should have qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) for JRF OR Graduate degree (B. Tech or equivalent) and should have qualified Graduate Aptitude Test in engineering (GATE). Monthly Stipend for JRF: Rs. 25,000 per month (stipend and other benefits as per DST rules) |

The candidate will be encouraged to register for a Ph. D. program of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani in the department of Physics, K K Birla Goa Campus.
