Central Power Research Institute is a Centre for applied Research in Electrical Power Engineering assisting the Utilities in technical evaluation and quality assurance. The Institute requires personnel for the following position purely on temporary basis for a period of One year (extendable):

1. Name of the Post : Research Associate (EVRC)

2. No. of Posts : 02 (Two Numbers)(01 Mechanical & 01 Electrical)

3. Requirement : BE graduate with First Class from a

recognized University

4. Area of Work : i) Assistance to Test Engineer in carrying out

laboratory and field testing

ii) Preparation of Test samples and Reports

iii)Measurement of test parameters and calibration of

equipments

iv) Other assigned task related to Sponsored

Research Projects

5. Emoluments : Rs.16000/- per month + HRA

6. Maximum age limit: 30 years

7. Tenure : One Year and extendable for another year based on

their performance.
