Central Power Research Institute is a Centre for applied Research in Electrical Power Engineering assisting the Utilities in technical evaluation and quality assurance. The Institute requires personnel for the following position purely on temporary basis for a period of Two years (extendable):

3. Requirement : 1) Project Associate I

M.Tech / Ph.D in Chemical Engineering

The candidate shall have experience in the area of

solid fuel combustion/gasification, reactor design

with good knowledge in respect of heat & mass

transfer and fluid dynamics

2) Project Associate - II

M.Tech / Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering

The candidate shall have experience in the area of

Heat & mass transfer/fluid dynamics with good

knowledge in CAD software.

4. Emoluments : Rs.25,000/- per month (Consolidated)

5. Maximum age limit: 30 years for M.Tech candidates

35 years for Ph.D candidates

6. Tenure : Two Years and extendable for another year based on

their performance.

An undertaking is required to be furnished for

serving minimum period of 1 year
